"It's lovely to gain some recognition for all the hard work that goes on in our centre. This award represents everyone's contribution and the hard work of both staff and learners. The flexibility of learndirect means that people can learn around the clock, fitting in their learning with their work schedules which is so important in a 24-hour organisation like the police force."
Dereth Wood, Ufi Operations Director said:
"Communicators Training Associates have demonstrated an inspirational commitment to developing their learners skills and qualifications. As a great encouragement to centres across England, the centre truly deserves recognition. I wish them the best of luck at the national ceremony in October."
