Camden Safer Transport Team cycling awareness event

The Camden Safer Transport Team will be holding a cycling awareness day in Camden:
Date: Tuesday 22nd May 2012
Time: 11.00am - 3.00pm
Venue: Russell Square, Junction with Montague Street, London WC1
At this event, we are looking to get cyclist to 'Exchanging Places' events to raise awareness of cycle safety. This event will allow people to sit in the driver's seat of a HGV or bus to get a better understanding of what the driver can and cannot see, especially in regards to cyclists on the nearside and directly in front of the vehicle.
At this event, there will be:
FREE Bike Security Marking
FREE Bike maintenance checks and road safety advice
(for all cyclists who attend)
FREE Goodie Bag
Light Refreshments
