Study Computer Forensics in Central London

With the escalating involvement of computers in criminal activities, it is imperative that more people are trained in how to deal with computers at crime scenes and how to forensically investigate them.

The University of Westminster offers a Masters level course in computer forensics, as well as short professional courses on various aspects of this field. Subjects include: dealing with computer crime scenes, technology and tools, data recovery and analysis, professional issues and being an expert witness.

These courses will enhance the career prospects of those working in, or seeking to specialise in this field. Students often come from the police, the prison service, local councils, government agencies and forensic laboratories.

The course team includes tutors with decades of experience in both law enforcement and the computing field, and their teaching is complemented by lectures from guest speakers who are experts in the industry. We have a dedicated computer forensics laboratory equipped with market leading software and hardware.

Classes are in the evenings, although professional courses can be arranged during the day or on weekends. We also have the benefit of being located in central London, close to the city and transport links.
