Swan continues to soar across Essex and East London



Building on a successful 2007, Swan Housing Association's programme of new schemes for part buy, part rent extends throughout 2008 with a number and range of exciting schemes, giving the people of Essex and East London an excellent opportunity to make this year the one to take the step into home ownership.

There are a variety of schemes. In East London there are high quality newly built one and two bedroom apartments in Manor Park, Bow and Isle of Dogs. Also, a range of family sized refurbished homes across the boroughs of Redbridge and Havering, and refurbished Grade ll listed cottages on the Isle of Dogs.

In Essex, new homes available include one and two bedroom apartments in Braintree, Clacton, Saffron Walden, Laindon, Canvey
Island, Prittlewell, Grays, Tilbury, Harlow, Sible Hedingham, and 2 bedroom bungalows and 3 bedroom houses in Halstead, near Braintree.

Prices vary dependent on location and property type, with one bedroom apartments in Prittlewell, near Southend costing £50,600 for 40% share, and two
bedroom apartments in Bow E3 from £107,000 for 40% share.

Later in 2008 Swan will also see an exciting new development at Leven Road E14 with 28 one, two and three bedroom apartments available to people living and /or working in Tower Hamlets.

Qualifying criteria can vary from area to area, but key workers remain a priority, including Police Officers, Police Community Support Officers and other qualifying front line posts.
